To request a custom order at Quality&Quinn, fill out the order form below with details about your desired piece, including size, style, and any preferred materials. We prioritize sustainable practices, so incorporating foraged or thrifted materials is encouraged. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide a timeline and quote before beginning work to ensure your vision aligns with our craftsmanship.

Custom Order Guidelines

  • Once your design has been drafted and design is confirmed- a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order. This secures your spot in the queue and covers materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping or pickup.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your design details and a secure invoice to pay your deposit. Once the deposit is received, your custom piece will begin production.

  • Please allow 2-6 weeks to receive product, depending on design/quantity

  • If interested in a Quality&Quinn original design, All *Made to Order* designs are crafted with the same care and attention as the original piece shown. However, natural elements like driftwood will vary in shape, color, and texture, making your piece one-of-a-kind and beautifully unique to you!
