By accessing this website or purchasing from Quality & Quinn, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Nature

Quality&Quinn specializes in handmade goods using thrifted, vintage, and upcycled textiles.

  • Due to the nature of these materials, each piece will have its own unique character

  • No two items will be exactly alike

  • Natural variations, imperfections, and texture differences are part of the design and story of each piece

These variations are not considered defects.

Made-to-Order & Original Designs

If you order a made-to-order version of one of our original designs:

  • Your item will differ slightly from photos shown

  • Variations may occur due to driftwood availability, textile differences, and natural design shifts

  • These differences make each piece uniquely yours

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you and:

  • Are final sale

  • Cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Have estimated timelines that may vary due to material sourcing or design complexity

Rentals

Quality&Quinn offers event and backdrop rentals under the following terms:

  • $200 full-service rental
    (Includes delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup)

  • Rental period includes 24 hours

  • $75 additional fee for each extra day

  • $100 refundable damage deposit required

The damage deposit will be refunded after the item is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear.

Damage, excessive wear, or loss may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Quality&Quinn is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided when applicable. Quality&Quinn is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content are the property of Quality & Quinn and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Quality&Quinn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
